Orders & Payments

Simply browse our shop, select your products, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, head to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete your payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.

We process orders quickly, so changes are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order. Email us at help@happypip.com immediately and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can also log into your account to view real-time tracking updates under "My Orders."

Shipping & Delivery

Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging via USPS Priority Mail with full tracking. Orders over $75 ship free. We ship Monday through Saturday, and most orders arrive within 2–3 business days.

Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days after shipping. Processing typically takes 1 business day. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

We ship to most states where hemp products are legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. Some states have additional restrictions — we verify your state at checkout and will notify you if we're unable to ship to your location.

Absolutely. All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents. Your privacy is our priority.

Contact us immediately at help@happypip.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you a replacement or full refund.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no questions asked.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and will appear on your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Products & Quality

THC-A is the raw, non-psychoactive precursor to THC found naturally in hemp flower. When heated — by smoking, vaping, or cooking — THC-A converts to THC. Our flower is grown from federally compliant hemp with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC.

Each tier reflects quality, rarity, and potency. Classic is clean everyday flower. Exotic steps it up with louder terps and stronger effects. Super brings rare, craft-grown strains with premium genetics. Rapper features iconic celebrity genetics in limited drops.

Every single product has a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent, accredited lab. You can view or download COAs directly on each product page — we believe in full transparency.

Keep your flower in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture. Properly stored flower can maintain its quality and potency for several months.

Pre-rolls are ready-to-smoke joints made from ground flower. We offer four types: THC-A (classic hemp flower), Infused (flower enhanced with concentrates), Diamond (topped with THC-A diamonds for extra potency), and Hash Holes (packed with premium hash for the ultimate experience).

Our flower is grown using clean, sustainable practices without harmful pesticides or chemicals. While not all products carry an official organic certification, quality and purity are at the core of everything we source.
